What We're Looking For
5+ years in geotechnical or engineering software sales, business development, or application engineering with direct sales responsibility
Demonstrated knowledge of the North American geotechnical software market — familiarity with competing platforms is a strong advantage
Active presence within ASCE, DFI, Geo-Institute, or CGS communities
Proven ability to present technical content credibly to practicing engineers and decision-makers
Disciplined sales methodology — experience with CRM-based pipeline management, structured follow-up, and metric-driven forecasting
Self-directed, entrepreneurial operator comfortable in a lean, remote-first global team
Based in the US or Canada; regular travel to conferences and client sites required
Compensation
Competitive base retainer plus performance-based commission tied to revenue targets. Structure reflects independent contractor arrangement with direct upside for results delivered.
