A Data-Driven Approach to Pile Capacity Prediction
Accurate pile capacity estimation is fundamental to the performance, safety, and economy of deep foundation systems. Building on Real-World Load Test Experience
PileCapacity.AI is a new AI-powered service developed by Deep Excavation LLC, the company behind advanced geotechnical and structural software solutions such as DeepEX and DeepFND. The system is built on a curated database of more than 2,500 calibrated pile load tests, covering a wide range of soil conditions, pile types, installation methods, and loading scenarios. By leveraging artificial intelligence, PileCapacity.AI identifies meaningful patterns within this dataset and applies them to project-specific design conditions.

Intelligent Matching and Parameter Optimization
Rather than replacing traditional design methods, PileCapacity.AI enhances them by intelligently matching a project’s soil profile and pile configuration with relevant historical case histories. The platform then recommends optimized soil and pile parameters that are consistent with observed load test behavior under similar conditions. Integrated directly with DeepFND, this workflow allows engineers to move seamlessly from analysis to interpretation while maintaining transparency and engineering control.
